Whether we've been friends for a long time, we just met, or we haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related...and I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!

I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Originally from Wisconsin, Sam Fischer attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and earned a degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Media studies. Having owned an Asian Fusion Restaurant before making the move out to Colorado, Sam is no stranger to the entrepreneurial lifestyle, making Real Estate the perfect fit.

Sam's clients benefit not only from her dedication to customer service from working in the restaurant industry, but also her strong communication and sense of ambition. Sam's mom was the first Southeast Asian Realtor in her area, so she has been immersed in the industry for her entire life. Currently sitting on the Asian Reale Estate Assocation of America board, she cares about giving back and making home ownership attainable.

When Sam isn't helping her clients make smooth moves and investments, you'll find her exploring Colorado restaurants, trails + mountains, and golf courses with her husband, Jordan, and dog, Dawson. Looking for the best brewery in Denver or Boulder? Ask Sam, she'd be happy to help!
